Process: Insurance Company ? Customer Service / Collection (HR will decide the process based on the performance of interviewee)

Shift Timings: Normally a day shift, but a rotational shift between 6 AM to 12 Midnight could be the shift timing (any 9Hrs in a day)

Promotion Time frame: Minimum 18 months Cycle for A Class Performers.

Growth Path: Process Associate --- Process Developer --- Management Trainee (Team Leader ) --- Asst. Manager Process --- Manager Process.

Salary: 0 to 6 Month Exp = 7.5 K /month , 6 to 12 month Exp = 8.0 K , more than 12 month Exp = 9.5 K + Incentives (Rs. 0.0 to Rs. 2000/- per month)

Days of Working and weekly Off : 6 days a week working and any one day in a week will be the weekly off.

Transport: Pick and drop will be provided for all the employees (Free of Cost)
