Role: Driving activation programs in the District Manager. Activation programs would include patient camps, mega camps.
Patient Camp: Patient Camp means diagnostic camps in doctors’ clinics, hospitals and nursing homes in co-ordination with doctor, diagnostic labs and patients.
Mega Camps: Diagnostic camps in association with local bodies like Rotary/ Lions Club, Housing societies etc.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Skill, Education, Experience Conduct at least 20 camps per month in the entire district of the district manager. He / she would cover the entire geographical area of a district manager. He/she would plan and co-ordinate with the representative, diagnostic laboratories and doctors to ensure that the camps with desired number of attendees happen at the pre-decided frequency. He / She would be responsible for ensuring the camps are conducted within the pre-defined budget. The position will be expected to manage camps exercising financial prudence. He / she may conduct camps if deemed fit for business needs at a cost higher than the budget. The decision would be of the activation executive and the district managers’.
The Activation Team would be responsible of a budget which will be used for conducting activation camps.
Recruitment Modality:
The position to be opened to the internal candidates and the external candidates. Candidates showing good aptitude to manage this kind of job. The internal candidate should have conducted a minimum of 1 camp every month in his / her territory.
Senior representatives from companies like, USV, Cipla, Piramal Healthcare, Intas, DRL, Sanofi Aventis, Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy, Wockhardt could be considered while scouting for talent from outside.
